Practice 02
Brand & Creative
Identity, design, photography and video that carry strategy into the world. Beautiful, yes, but judged against positioning, not preference.
The problem
A brand that undersells the organisation behind it
Outdated identities, inconsistent documents, stock imagery that could belong to anyone, and messaging that changes with each presentation. Stakeholders form judgements in seconds, and inconsistency reads as unreliability.
The solution
Identity built on the Brand Compass™
Purpose, market, identity and experience aligned before design begins. Then a complete visual and verbal system, with guidelines, templates and training so your team keeps it consistent without us.

Case study: concept demonstration
An NGO brand that funders take seriously
A community development NGO with strong programmes and a weak identity struggled in funding rounds. A Brand Compass™ engagement produced positioning around measurable impact, a dignified visual identity, a donor-ready profile and templated reporting. The brand now works as hard as the programmes do.
FAQ
Common questions
Yes. A brand health assessment establishes what is working. Often the mark survives while the system around it (typography, colour, templates and messaging) is rebuilt.
You do. Final artwork, source files and guidelines are handed over on final payment, per our intellectual property policy and terms of service.
Proposals state this precisely: typically two to three concepts and two structured revision rounds. Changes beyond scope follow a documented change-request process, so there are no surprise invoices.
Print production is quoted separately or managed through your preferred supplier. Exclusions are always listed in the proposal.
