Is it voluntary?
Yes. No law compels you to give us your information. However, we cannot answer an enquiry without a way to reach you, and we cannot send the newsletter without an email address. If you leave the optional fields blank, we will still respond.
Who receives it
Our operators only: form handling, scheduling, email, hosting, file storage and accounting providers, each under a written agreement. Some process information outside South Africa, under safeguards permitted by section 72 of POPIA. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements: 24 months from last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Client records: at least five years after the engagement ends, as tax and company law require.
Your rights
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Have it corrected or deleted where it is inaccurate, excessive, out of date or unlawfully obtained
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time
- Complain to the Information Regulator
